Procedure Frequency Report - Summary
Reports > Admin Reports > Procedure Frequency Report
Doctor: Select the specific doctor or type ALL to pull report for all doctors in your practice.
Start/End Date: Select the date range for the report.
Click Go to run the report.
This report will show all Procedure code and descriptions within the date range, the number of times the procedure was performed and that total charges for the procedure codes and a grand total of all procedures.
