Outbound Referral Report

Outbound referrals are logged for each patient from “Actions for Highlighted Patient” on the main screen of POMIS. This report allows you to run a query of those referrals for review.

Reports > Admin Reports > Outbound Referral Report

Doctor: Select the specific doctor or type ALL to pull report for all doctors in your practice.

Date: Enter a date range to pull outbound referrals entered within a specific date range.

Status: Select OPEN, CLOSED or CANCELLED. This refers to the status of a particular referral. Type ALL to pull in referrals for all types.

Notes: Check the Print Notes also box to print outbound referral notes on the report.
