Actions
To change a patient’s name, click Change Name; the following message will appear. Click OK and make the desired changes to the patient’s name. Then click OK to save your work; this will modify all the visits, and any other information connected with this patient.

Actions > Change Name
Click Print Welcome Packet to automatically print the form letter you created in General Settings, Documents; as your patient welcome letter. [Refer to General Settings Documents for instructions on how to create a welcome letter.]
Click OK to save this patients record and return to the main screen.
The patient will now show in the list at the top of the main screen and their photo in the bottom right corner if added.
